Serum was rushing through Eddie's veins. Even with all the preparations he had made. The pain of the fusion process was unavoidable, even in his sleep!
Although the effect of the Serum is weaker than the T-Serum used on Sergei and other test objects, the fusion process is still tricky.
Because the Serum will change the structure of the muscles, bones, and internal organs of the person who uses it. Therefore Eddie felt unstoppable pain.
