Chapter 12: Chapter No.12 Two Mama Bear's Meetup(Edited)

Goddess Ganga choose this moment to appear in front of this couple and when she looked at the baby her eyes were filled with warmth which a mother shows toward her child.

Adhiratha and Radha both were shocked to see a god in front of them Because gods don't appear in front of common people if they are not impressed by them (A/N: Of course there are exceptions.) But both of them quickly folded both their hands and bowed before the Goddess and said

"Pranam (Greetings)" while waiting for the goddess to speak.

Radha didn't recognize her but Adhiratha did because his lord Bhishma used to describe his mother sometime as to why she does come to meet him here or something like this after drinking Madirā (Alcohol), So he has some assumptions about how Goddess Ganga's mother of Bhishma looks like.

Radha didn't recognize her but, She did recognize the look she was giving to her child which was just like her if not more intense. she started thinking about reasons, Why a goddess like her would look to a child, But only some reasons felt real but even they were scary for her.

Because she thought, She had come to take her son away from her because he was the son of some divine being and, He can't live among these mortals. 'NOOO!!! I won't let her take him away from me, I will fight even if is god I will not give up my son to anyone or anything.'

As if she knew what Radha was thinking right away, Goddess Ganga started laughing of course softly which smoothened their mind somewhat. After 2 minutes of laughing, she finally controlled herself otherwise all the animals will gather around her, Because of the aura which gives the feeling of peace and a sense of security like sleeping on the lap of mother gives.

"You love my son almost at my level huh~."

Goddess Ganga liked Radha's attitude toward her when she (Radha) thought that she (Ganga) will take her (Both at the same time) son away with her (Ganga). Because if not for Lord Vishnu's suggestion she would have kept Karna to herself and taken him to Vrindavan after five years.

"WHAT!!! He is your son?"

Radha was shocked beyond belief that She disrespected the goddess without knowing but Goddess also understood this and didn't pursue the matter. But right after shocked wrath which was hidden deep inside her(Radha) surfaced again.

"How dare you call yourself the mother of my child, After abandoning him in this raging river."

Goddess Ganga's aura started showing outside of her body, After all, She(Radha) said she(Goddess Ganga) wasn't the mother of her child. She knew this was a misunderstanding. But just hearing that sentence she lost control, But the amount of aura was very small, But it was enough for a trained Soldier to fall face-first to the ground and stay there.

Adhiratha can see illusions of two mama bears rearing at each other. He felt that his son is lucky to have these two as his mothers. And yes, He already took the job of being a father after thinking about it. But right then he heard what his wife said to Goddess Ganga, And before he can say something his face met ground like two long-lost friends meeting again.

Radha was also feeling like passing out But felt that if she passed out this bitch(Ganga) will take her son away from her. And this thought started feeding her wrath even more than her mind ignore the aura, And she again stood tall with Karna in her arms who wasn't affected by all this.

Goddess Ganga's aura unconsciously didn't harm her son because she was so protective of her child that even her aura does not harm her son with her aura.

Goddess Ganga took only 10 seconds to come back and controlled her leaking aura immediately. After which Radha felt it and was going to fall on her knees, But she realized that this fall can potentially hurt her son so, She flipped her body mid-air and she back crashed to the ground but she didn't even groan one bit not to wake up her sleeping angel who should be awake by all the shouting, But after seeing him sleeping Radha started panicking.

She thought her son lost consciousness after feeling the same pressure she felt against this bitch (Goddess Ganga). She started blaming herself for not being careful enough. But her rage came back with full power and her entire being was like transforming in the eyes of her still fallen husband which was Mama Bear with golden hair staring at the confused goddess.

"How dare you hurt my son? Who gave you the right to harm my son in front of my eyes?"

Goddess Ganga knew the misunderstanding is take the form of hatred in this fellow mother, And she have to do something about it or she will regret it afterward.

After which she again released her aura but with more gentleness and calming effect, Which started showing just after 10 seconds.

"Are you okay now, If yes then we can take about 'MY' son's situation."

Goddess Ganga was kind of getting irritated by hearing this fellow mother repeatedly say 'MY SON'. And after seeing both of them settled she walked toward them, She wanted to take her son in her arms but she knew this fellow mother will take unkindly.

So she let her have him, until she finishes explaining to them about all that happen and their plans.

"Okay so let me start, 1. He is not my biological son but I love him even more than my actual son. And I'm not the one who abandoned him in my currents."

"And this was a test because I wanted to see, What both of you will choose between riches and a baby, If you take both then also you would have failed, because you see my son as equal to riches and can't choose one because of greed."

"Which you passed of course with flying colors, Well because of this fellow mother here."

Goddess Ganga first cleared misunderstanding to them like she was not his biological mother but loved him more than her real son, And she was not the one who abandoned him in the river currents to die with killing intent mixed in last words, Which sent shivers to both husband and wife.

After that, She told them about the test and qualifications, Etc... Then told them about the passed status.

"Oh! It was like this, But I have a question of course if you don't mind Goddess(A/N: I don't know what else to call her in English.)."

Adhiratha took this situation like it was the most natural thing to do and was composed even in front of a High Goddess like Devi Ganga. Because I had been in the presence of Lord Bhishma on some battlefield because of being his charioteer.

But Radha felt like this was a blow to her motherhood, But she also understood that this was necessary because if she was in her (Goddess Ganga) place, She would do the same.

That's why I decided to let it go, Because of this Goddess she got to meet the son.

"I know you must have felt offended by this, But if I were given a choice to go back even then I would do the same. I have to confirm that your conscience to choose my child, Not riches."

Adhiratha understood this, And he nodded his head like a certain beard sage. But he still had some questions like 'Why us?'.

"But Why us Goddess, I mean why did you choose us for this?"

Adhiratha asked this question but was afraid that this question offended the High Goddess.

"Oh~ that actually Suryadev recommended you both because you were a childless couple and he knew that you both will raise my son with all the care and love, Of which I can already see in this fellow mother."

Goddess Ganga teased Radha because she was trying to slip away after hearing her husband's question. But what could she do she was afraid that she(Goddess Ganga) will be offended by this question, and will take her son away in anger. But unfortunately, She was caught red-handed.

"Don't be afraid I will not take him away from you, So relax I just want to hold him one last time before leaving. Oh, And you have to leave this kingdom and go to Vrindavan after five years."

Goddess Ganga took Karna in her arms, By which she released her breath which she didn't notice that she was holding for some time.

"But why do we have to shift to Vrindavan of all places." x2
