After breakfast, Huo Yuhao drank a cup of water and stared at his mother in the kitchen. He noticed her changes, but not drastic ones. Huo Yun'er is still Huo Yun'er, despite her growing Son Complex.

Huo Yuhao leaned on the chair because they finally could get out of this place. He liked to deal with the White Tiger Duchess first, though. He can't let the annoying tigress be free easily.

Huo Yun'er also felt the disturbance and glanced at the front door, seeing some familiar faces. "White Tiger's Guards, what are they doing here?" She put on a confused expression.
Huo Yuhao instinctively picked up Baruka's Dagger from his inventory and assumed the White Tiger's Guards were here for some reason. There is no way they found out about the head maid's assassination, leaving one possible assumption.
"The Duchess." Huo Yuhao and Huo Yun'er said at the same time.
