Chapter 27: MEET MY BOYFRIEND (1)

McMillian residence:

A man is standing in front of a window in his office, he looks gloomy and out of place. The man uses his two beautifully blue eyes to look at a photo in his hand, (a photo of Alicia). He finds himself smiling bitterly as he eyes the woman on the photo.

The moment he turns away from the window, his figure is fully shown in the light. Highlighting his perfectly groomed black hair, lips peachy almost as ripe as you would find a peach when it is perfect to be devoured. A single dimple on the right side of his face and glasses which highlight his blue eyes.

There is a sudden knock on the door, and as if he had been waiting for that person. Hew walked slowly towards the door, right when he had opened the door, he heard the words, "I have settled the matter of the flight Noah, we depart in an hour."

Looking at the girl in front of him, Noah blankly asked her, "Chrissy, when will you move back to your parent's house? I might need the space when Alicia comes back home." Chrissy simply looked at Noah without saying any words and walked out of his sight.

I am Noah, 27-year-old who is the first born of the McMillian family. Coming from an extremely powerful family comes with its perks as well as its downfalls. Although my family doesn't have many rules to follow except one, 'NEVER EVER MARRY BEFORE THE AGE OF 25' it seems like a easy rule to follow doesn't it, yet I broke that rule the moment I reach my 24th birthday. It's a secrete which not many know of, not to mention the bride herself.
