Developing My Little World

Chapter 2: Building the world

Chapter 2: Building the world

"Ok, What do I have to do?" Jay asked Phineas

Phineas smiled, pleased with Jay's attitude and replied,"Well first we need to establish your world so you can officially be recognized in the system as a level 1 God. In order to establish your world you will need to go through a general planet forming process with the system and after its creation you will gain benefits and rewards."

Jay said,"Ok? Uhh.. Planet Creation?" he said out loud in a questioning and unsure tone. However it appears this worked because another red holographic displayed itself to Jay and on it were some words.

[Planet creation:

Ordinary Starter world (500GP)

Better Quality world (5,000GP)

Higher Quality world (50,000GP)

Best Quality world ( 500,000GP)]

Jay told Phineas the options and then asked,"What's the difference and can I just choose any of the choices?"

Phineas shook his head and replied,"Unfortunately no. The system gives you 1,000 GP to start off with and the god who recommended you also contributed 5,000 GP from his reserve to let you get off on a good foot. The better quality world is 5,000GP, which you can afford, however I suggest you not spend your current point on this."

Jay nodded and took his advice and chose the ordinary starter world for 500 GP. He now had 5,500GP but he still didn't really know how valuable 1 point by itself was worth.

[Planet Classification:

Ordinary (50 GP)

Magical (250 GP)

Eastern (300 GP)

Demonic (275 GP)

Bloodline Inheritances (200 GP)

Sky Islands (57,000GP)

Classless (???)]

Jay read the classifications and the prices to Phineas, and when he said the last one, classless, in a confused voice, he saw that Phineas also had a face of confusion on him!

Phineas said,"I should have complete knowledge of this process to be able to assist the lord with his first planet, but I have no idea about that last choice!" He had a look of fear in his eyes as he tried to process this impossibility.

Jay however, just wanting to get it over with, confirmed "Classless". Phineas looked nervous upon hearing his choice but didn't pursue the matter any further. This was Jay's choice after all! Jay, on the other hand, was a little surprised as the new text started to appear because no GP had been deducted, so now he was even more curious about what exactly he had just chosen.

[Planet Size:

Small, 4k diameter (Free)

Below Average, 10k diameter (2k GP)

Ordinary, 17k diameter (13k GP)

Above average, 25k diameter (400kGP)

Large, 50k diameter (1,5M GP)

Gigantic, 300k diameter (80M GP)

Divine, 1.2M diameter (3B GP)]

Jay stated each one just like before as well the prices and started to lose his breath as the list kept going. Phineas laughed at Jay's reaction and said,"Don't freak out! Those options are there for the truly ambitious and crazy, but 99% of the other gods don't buy anything above 'Above average' simply because the cost to what your getting is too little. So don't worry about it too much. For this, I believe you should choose the 'below average' size as more room will give you much more room to work with."

Jay nodded and chose 'below average', deducting from his GP, which now sat at 3,500 GP.

[Planet Land Structure:

Pangea (Free)

Continents (Seperated) (100 GP)

Continents (Half joined) (400 GP) Foll𝑜ow current novÊls on nov3lb((in).(com)

Continents (Joined) (700 GP)

Archipelago (1300 GP)

Desert world (Limited water/ life substance) (17k GP)

Water World (Limited Land) (18k GP)]

Jay told these to Phineas and Phineas simply said," It is up to father!" Jay was never really good with decisions and just randomly chose 'Continents (Seperated)' for 100 GP because of a gut feeling he just randomly had.

[Planet Ore Structure:

Ordinary Ores (free)

Good quality Ores (250GP)

Better quality Ores (1k GP)

High quality Ores (14.5K GP)

Rare & High Quality Ores (134K GP)

Heavenly grade Ores (875k GP)]

Jay didn't really need help on this one even though Phineas left the decision up to him without inputting his opinion again. So, Jay looked over the options and chose 'Better quality Ores' for 1k bringing him down to 2,400 GP.

[Finalize Planet Cards:

Normal Card (1 Owned) (No Skills attained)

Additional skills available for planets here (Please note that the skills refresh and are different for every new planet!):

Quick thinker (400 GP)

Academically gifted (700 GP)

Theorists (1,425 GP)

Flames O' War (240 GP)

Angels Chorus (460 GP)

Classless (???)]

Jay once again told Phineas all the options, but left out the last one, just to spare him the surprise again. Phinease said,"I recommend buying all of them except Theorists as you will want some GP for the terraforming of the planet."

Jay did exactly that and bought them all except for 'Theorists' and was down to 600 GP. 'Classless' still didn't cost anything and he still didn't know what it did but since it was free he would take it.

[World is being created! Process will take approximately 10 minutes, during which you can view from your heavenly room. All your choices have been marked and you can find out what each one got you simply by asking the question in your mind. The answer will then appear in front of your eyes with your system!]

[You have been Promoted to a Level 1 God -Novice God! Congratulations!]

[What would you like to name your new planet?]

Jay didn't even have to think about it as he blurted out,"Stelara".

[Your new planet Stelara is being born!]

Right as that notification went off a giant hologram of a rock floating in space hovered in front of Jay's eyes. As he started to watch it, the planet started to speed up its spin multiple times over as its rotating speed went crazy! However instead of exploding like thought it was going to, instead Jay could feel like he had a connection with this new crazily spinning rock and he could tell now that it wasn't dying, rather it was doing the opposite.

The planet was now taking in all the upgrades that Jay had bought, and was evolving in front of his eyes. And thus a new god watched his creation be birthed from the dust of nothing.
