Chapter 5: Virgin Mary and Prison

I carried Akane, who had immediately fainted, into the car and headed for the garage of my house.

Driving on the road in the middle of the night, I hurried to my house without violating any traffic laws, speeding, or disregarding traffic signals. I wanted to touch Akanes skin at once. To share the same room and the same moment with Akane at the earliest opportunity. Such thoughts were all that prevailed in my mind.

By the time I reached home, it was after 3:00 a.m., and the risk of being witnessed by the neighbors was low.

When I parked my car in the garage, Akane seemed to have regained consciousness, though only vaguely and was shuddering as she stared at me with my face concealed. It was understandable given the sudden abduction by a stranger.

I felt pity for Akane, whose mouth was sealed shut, and untied the towel around her mouth.Updated from nov𝒆lbIn.(c)om

From her quivering lips, a small, weak voice leaked out.

Save me if its money, Ill pay you. So

Akane cried out for help in tears. Like a frightened small animal, the frail Akane was incredibly vulnerable.

The fact that I was making the weak Akane terrified in this way brought pain to my heart once more. Nevertheless, this was essential in order to preserve Akanes beauty. Please pardon me for only being able to take you out in this manner.

Only our eyes could meet because my face was covered, and she tentatively asked, Why arent you saying anything?

I did not answer Akanes question at all. After all, answering was no longer a necessity.

Akane denied my words at that time. Since I already established that Akane could not grasp my words, neither did I need to listen to her questions, nor did I need to give her answers.

I did not need Akanes empathy or concurrence. All I had to do was to fulfill my role in an unassuming and ruthless manner.

As long as you became my ideal virgin mary, that was all that mattered.
